Ingredients
8 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cream, whipped to form stiff peaks
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Layer peaches in a 2-qt shallow baking dish. Scatter blueberries over top and sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon juice.
- Spread cream over fruit and sift sugar evenly over cream.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
- Serve Chilled.
